General Provisions
Black Ride Car Service, LLC, located at 13520 Small Mouth Way, Riverview, Florida (USA), facilitates the booking of transportation services through its proprietary online platform, including integrations with third-party tools and mobile applications (collectively, "BR Tools"). The company arranges transportation for users through independent ride service providers ("Transportation Providers" or "TPs") but does not directly provide transportation services. Its role is to coordinate service agreements between users and independent TPs.
These Terms and Conditions govern all service arrangements made through Black Ride Car Service and define the relationship between the user, Black Ride Car Service, and the TP. Any conflicting terms presented by users are not recognized unless explicitly agreed to in writing by company management.
Contractual Relationship
Black Ride Car Service is not a transportation provider nor an agent of any TP. The company acts solely as a facilitator, granting users direct access to services from independent TPs. Agreements between Black Ride Car Service and TPs establish a "contract for the benefit of third parties," giving users enforceable rights to receive transportation services.
The user’s contract is limited to the arrangement of transportation. The total booking cost includes a coordination fee for Black Ride Car Service and payment to the TP for the ride itself.
Booking Confirmation
A contract begins when a user submits a ride request via BR Tools or phone. An acknowledgment of the request is sent by email, followed by a separate booking confirmation, which finalizes the agreement and grants the user the right to receive transportation from the assigned TP.
User Registration
Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering through BR Tools. Automated, incomplete, or fraudulent registrations are strictly prohibited.
Payment, Cancellation & Reservation Policy
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure a reservation. Priority scheduling is given to clients who complete payment at the time of booking. If needed, clients may contact management to discuss alternative payment arrangements or leaving a credit card on file.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted, except for optional gratuities provided directly to the driver.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, extra stops, extended waiting time, parking fees, or other unforeseen service-related expenses.
Cancellation Policy
Sedans, SUVs & Transit Sprinters
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Sedans & SUVs: Free cancellation when canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Transit Sprinters: A non-refundable cancellation fee of $65 or 25% of the total reservation amount (whichever is greater) will apply.
Stretch Limousines, Party Buses, Limo Sprinters & Buses
- A non-refundable cancellation fee of $200 or 25% of the total reservation amount (whichever is greater) applies to all cancellations.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through BR Tools.
No-Show Policy
- A reservation will be considered a no-show if the client cannot be reached within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
- For airport and train station pickups, the no-show period is 60 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- Failure to appear without prior notice will result in the full reservation amount being charged.
Waiting Time Policy
Complimentary waiting time includes:
- 60 minutes for airport and train station pickups.
- 15 minutes for all other pickup locations.
Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be charged at the applicable per-minute rate.
Reservation Changes & Rebookings
- Reservation changes must be requested at least three (3) hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Rebooked reservations are considered new bookings and may be subject to the original cancellation policy.
- Requests for changes or rebookings may be submitted by phone, email, or through the Blackride Car Service website.
Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Policies
Passengers must comply with all applicable traffic laws and follow the Transportation Provider's instructions during the ride.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Food consumption is discouraged. Alcoholic beverages may be permitted only with prior written approval.
Cleaning fees may be charged for spills, stains, or any damage caused by passengers.
Limousine Industry Compliance & Regulations
Black Ride Car Service and its affiliated Transportation Providers operate in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the limousine, livery, and for-hire vehicle industry, including current rules and regulations effective as of June 23, 2026.
Licensing & Authority
- All Transportation Providers maintain valid Florida for-hire vehicle registrations and any county or municipal operating permits required for chauffeured limousine and luxury ground transportation services.
- Drivers hold a valid Florida driver's license of the appropriate class and, where required for larger passenger vehicles, a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a passenger (P) endorsement.
- Vehicles transporting passengers across state lines comply with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) operating authority requirements.
Insurance Requirements
- All vehicles are covered by commercial automobile liability insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum coverage limits mandated by Florida law and applicable federal regulations for for-hire passenger carriers.
- Proof of active insurance is maintained for every vehicle in service.
Driver Qualification & Safety
- Drivers are subject to background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening consistent with FMCSA and state requirements where applicable.
- Hours-of-service limits are observed to reduce driver fatigue and protect passenger safety.
- All passengers are required to use seat belts where provided, in accordance with Florida law.
Vehicle Standards & Accessibility
- Vehicles undergo regular safety inspections and preventive maintenance to remain compliant with state vehicle safety standards.
- Black Ride Car Service does not unlawfully discriminate against passengers and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate riders with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessible vehicle requests should be made in advance to allow proper arrangements.
- Service animals are welcome in all vehicles as required by law.
Should any new or amended rule, regulation, or licensing requirement applicable to the limousine and for-hire transportation industry take effect, Black Ride Car Service will update its operations and these Terms accordingly to remain in full compliance.
Pricing, Payments, and Additional Fees
Pricing is based on the selected vehicle class, route, and any requested service add-ons.
Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, extended ride time, or waiting beyond the complimentary period. Hourly bookings include a mileage cap; exceeding this cap will incur extra fees.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from BLACKRIDE CAR SERVICE, you agree to the following terms:
Description of SMS Use Cases:
BLACKRIDE CAR SERVICE uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers regarding:
- Booking confirmations and ride reminders
- Driver arrival and status notifications
- Service updates, schedule changes, or cancellations
- Promotional offers and discounts (with your opt-in consent)
- Customer service communications and follow-ups
Opt-Out Instructions:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from BLACKRIDE CAR SERVICE unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at (813) 524-0988 or info@blackridecarservice.com.
Message & Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 10 messages per month. BLACKRIDE CAR SERVICE is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer:
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. BLACKRIDE CAR SERVICE is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.

Age Restriction
Our services and SMS messaging program are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services and opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under 18.
Liability
Black Ride Car Service is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries unless they result from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Transportation Providers and their drivers are independent contractors and are not employees of Black Ride Car Service.
The company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Black Ride Car Service does not guarantee the accuracy of content presented within BR Tools. The company is not liable for content-related errors unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
Force Majeure
Black Ride Car Service is not responsible for any failure or delay in service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, acts of government, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the company will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative transportation but is not liable for resulting losses or damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Ride Car Service, LLC, its officers, employees, and independent Transportation Providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Intellectual Property
All content available through BR Tools, including text, graphics, logos, the BLACKRIDE name and mark, images, and software, is the property of Black Ride Car Service, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Modifications to Terms
Black Ride Car Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
